uniship.io is operated by LUMEN LOG sp. z o.o. Full registration details appear under Company information. For website matters, contact privacy@uniship.io. We provide information about Uniship and a contact form free of charge. These terms are not a contract for paid API services.
Using the website and form
You need internet access and a current browser supporting HTML and secure HTTPS connections. The form requires JavaScript and an email address. You can alternatively email the address shown on the Contact page.
The information service begins when you open the website and ends when you leave. The form service begins when you submit a valid enquiry and ends when it is handled. You may stop filling in the form or ask us to end correspondence. Rejecting optional cookies does not block these services.
Conduct and availability
Do not submit unlawful content or malicious code or disrupt the service. Only submit information you are legally entitled to use. Do not send passwords, shipment data or sensitive information through the form.
We work to keep the website available and accurate, but technical maintenance may occur. Product descriptions and pricing are informational; the binding scope, price and liability terms are defined in the agreed contract. These terms do not limit rights under mandatory law.
Problems and complaints
Report website or form problems and complaints concerning these services to privacy@uniship.io or by post to our registered office. Describe the problem and provide a way to respond. We review complaints within 14 days of receipt. If information needed to investigate is missing, we will ask you to provide it.
Materials and changes
Uniship materials and branding are protected under applicable law. Carrier logos belong to their owners and identify integrations. You may use materials to the extent permitted by law.
We publish the current version of these terms with its date. Changes apply to future website use and do not amend existing Uniship service contracts. Data and cookie practices are described separately.
